Ans. Yes, you can purchase a 5day repair or replacement warranty for $75.00 (purchase under $500.00) $150.00 (purchases under $1000) $200.00 (purchases over $1000.) Our Limited warranty covers the entire product including accidental damage within 2yrs. We will repair it in 5days or replace with similar product of equal value. Repairs do not include virus repair or damaged dvds or cds. We will repair products twice within a 2 yr period or replace only once. Product must include original receipt for repair or replacement. Warranty provided by Tech Services Niagara.
Q.11. Why is there a warranty sticker on my product?
Ans. All warranty purchases will include a warranty sticker valid for 2 yrs, your warranty is void if sticker is removed or damaged. Warranty is for repair or replacement only not cash refunds.
